Meditation classes are offered at the Bucks County Wellness Centre by local expert, Jill Foltz. Numerous studies have shown that meditation has health benefits. Many of these benefits are related to the decrease in stress that occurs through meditation. For example, with lower levels of stress and anxiety, the probability of heart disease diminishes significantly. Jill holds classes at the Centre on the 3rd Monday of the month from 7:30-9pm, sign up is required.
