Carol: Carol has been a part of the BCWC team for 15 years now and has been a liscensed massage therapist for 18 years and has completed a plethora of trainings/certification classes. Some of these include Releasing the Rotator Cuff, Myofascial Release, Neuromuslcular Therapy/Thrigger Point Therapy, Stretching Your Clients, Hot Stone Massage, Pre-natal and Reike I, II, and III. Her therapeutic massages include several techinques according to the needs of her patients and she is able to massage patients of all ages. Carol's wellness philosophy: "My wellness philosophy is to live a healthy lifestyle to take care of your mind, body, and soul. Be good and kind to others as well as yourself."

Keli: Keli joined our team in Nov. of 2007. She is trained in Therapeutic Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Work, Hot Stone Massage, Pre-Natal Massage, Swedish Massage, Sports Massage (pre and post), and Stretching. She is confident in working with patients of all ages using any of the above techniques that she has been trained in. Keli's wellness philosophy: "I strongly believe that a person's wellness stems from more than just being disease-free. to me, living in a state of wellness is about proactively taking care of yoursel; body, mind, and soul; and taking healthy and holistic preventative measures to stay healthy."

Meg: Meg is the newest member of our massage team, joining us in Sept. 2016. She comes to us with 6 years experience as a licensed massage therapist and experience working with a chiropractor and at other holistic centers. She describes her massage style as "therapeutic" as she is comfortable with light touch and relaxation massage but is also well suited for deep body work. Meg tailors each massage session to the patient's needs and goals and is also certified in reflexology. Her favorite part of being a massage therapist is having the ability to help people feel better and take steps towards living their best life! Meg's wellness philosophy: "My wellness philosophy is simple....nuture the body, mind, and soul."
