As of July 2016, we will be requiring that each massage therapy patient has a credit card on file with us.
All massage appointments will receive a reminder call 2 days prior to their appointment. If your appointment falls on a Monday, you will receive your call on Friday. If your appointment falls on Tuesday, you will receive your call on a Saturday. Please make sure that we have the BEST contact number for you.
Please note: While most massages are booked as 1-hour appointments, therapists will need to complete your massage 5 minutes before the hour slot is complete in order to give you time to redress and transition the room for the next appointment. Please be sure to arrive early to ensure you are able to start your massage on time.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all patients and therapists, the following policies are honored:
24-hour notice: Appointments cancelled under 24 hours will be charged 1/2 the cost of the cash pricing for that service on their on-file credit card. 30 minute massage = $20 cancellation fee; 60 minute massage = $40 cancellation fee, 90 minute massage = $60 cancellation fee.
No Call/No Show: If you do not call to cancel your appointment and do not show up for your appointment, you are responsible for the full cash price of the service.
Late: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate those patients whose appointments immediately follow yours. You will still be responsible for the full payment of the scheduled appointment time. If there is available time after your appointment, we would be happy to fulfill the full appointment. Out of respect and consideration for your therapist and other patients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Utilizing Insurance Plans
In some circumstances your health insurance policy may cover massage therapy in our office. In order to utilize this portion of your policy, you MUST be under chiropractic care with the doctor. The above fees for cancellations still apply.
