Dynamic Movement Sessions
Dynamic Movement Sessions are personalized, need/goal-specific programs. These 1-hour sessions include cardio, core, strength, and high intensitity interval training (HIIT) components. Sessions are considered semi-private as you may be 1 on 1 with our trainer or with a few other people depending on that day's schedule. Whether 1:1 or with others working out at the same time, each person is given a personalized program.
